Bertucci Ultimate Field Watch introduces the A-1S

(CHICAGO) – For more than 20 years, Bertucci® Ultimate Field Watch™ has been creating authentic, high-performance field watches. Now, Bertucci is rolling out a new field watch that is over two decades in the making. The A-1S Field™ takes the best that Bertucci has to offer and packs it into this watch at an attractive price point.

“The A-1S Field is the culmination of the best we have to offer when it comes to classic style and design, as well as functionality and performance,” said a spokesperson for Bertucci Ultimate Field Watch. “We set out to create a quintessential field watch for those who seek authenticity.”

The A-1S Field is built around a traditionally sized 36mm brushed stainless steel case. The case is comfortable and built to withstand anything one might encounter out in the field or a day at the office.

The case integrates U.S. patented unbreakable lug bars which means no pins to remove when changing out bands. The integrated lug bars make it easy to swap out nylon or leather bands on the fly – no tools required. The case also comes with a hardened mineral crystal for scratch resistance and an offset crown at the four o’clock position to not impinge wrist movement.

The watch face is available in either black or white with numbers that are bold and easy to read. The face includes 12 and 24-hour markings along with Swiss Super Luminous hands and markers for visibility in low-light conditions.

The A-1S comes with a U.S. Patented, B-Type nylon band that is extremely durable and comfortable on the wrist. The ¾” nylon band is available in four colors: Black, Defender Drab, Defender Olive and Mariner Blue.

The A-1S Field is powered by an all-metal, gold-plated quartz movement that is highly reliable and accurate. Other features include: 100m water resistance, four-year battery life and a three-year warranty. The watch retails for $100.

The Story Behind the Stone: Metal Mashup

Reading Time: 6 minutes I have to confess I just learned about electrum when this topic crawled up on my radar. We love the wide range of jewelry metals today that give consumers tremendous options for creating the exact piece of their dreams. Metal alloys are some of the more exciting variations for imaginative jewelry designers to work with. These options better reflect the tastes of a client and help them to personalize their jewelry, making it truly unique to them. Electrum was usually called white gold in antiquity. But more accurately it was described as pale gold since ...
