Jewelers Mutual Group to host  Conversations in Park City

(NEENAH, Wis.) – Jewelers Mutual Group, an insurance and business solutions provider dedicated to the jewelry industry since 1913, announced it will host Conversations in Park City, its first annual leadership retreat for the jewelry and gemstone industry October 14-16, 2022 at the St. Regis Deer Valley resort in Park City, Utah. The three-day immersive experience will gather established and emerging jewelry industry leaders and influencers in a retreat environment featuring unique networking and outdoor adventure opportunities.

“While Jewelers Mutual began as an insurance provider over 100 years ago, we have transformed into a company that provides a robust suite of solutions to help further the growth of the jewelry industry every day. We view Conversations in Park City as another way for us to deliver value to the industry, this time through an educational and social lens. We hope those attending will be inspired by the content and motivated by how our industry can evolve,” said Scott Murphy, president and CEO at Jewelers Mutual.

Jewelers Mutual Group has recruited PSFK, a progressive retail and consumer experience consulting firm to present on the future of jewelry retailing and the jewelry shopper of tomorrow. Attendees can expect PSFK to share unique insights on the Metaverse, web3, NFTs, the evolution of online shopping and other forward-thinking topics.

“Our goal with Conversations in Park City is to bring a new experience to the current lineup of industry events. We believe it will, due to the intimate size of the event, beautiful mountain setting, futurist content, pan-industry attendees, and the inclusion of next-gen leaders on the rise,” said Mark Smelzer, chief content executive at Jewelers Mutual.

Registration for Conversations in Park City includes an opening night cocktail soiree, an all-day PSFK conference, a half-day selection of interactive panels, and chef-prepared meals.
