Omi Privé names Rebecca Shukan Director of Sales and Development

(LOS ANGELES) – Omi Privé, award winning colored gemstone jewelry brand, is proud to announce and welcome Rebecca Shukan as the company’s new Director of Sales and Development. Shukan will be responsible for strengthening relationships with retail partners and expanding brand awareness and support through colored stone and sales training.

Shukan joins the Omi team after a long-time career in the jewelry industry, most recently the director of the Jewelry Career Readiness Initiative for Diamond Council of America (DCA). She is a graduate of the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and the University of Wisconsin and has held leadership positions in the Women’s Jewelry Association of Los Angeles, the Junior League of Pasadena, and the Pasadena Symphony.

“We have known Rebecca for many years and we’re very excited to welcome her to our team,” says Niveet Nagpal, President and designer of Omi Privé. “Her background in colored gemstones as well as her experience in sales strategies and training is going to be a great asset to our team and our retail stores.”
