Fast forward to the 70s, when John Wolverine took over the store. John Carter, who started working there in high school, eventually bought the store in 2011 and became the third-generation owner, continuing the legacy. 

The story turns towards modernity as John emphasizes reshaping the store’s image. He emphasizes the importance of inheriting both the good and the bad when taking over a long-standing business and his commitment to changing the store’s perception. Working closely with marketing expert Josh, they shattered the notion of exclusivity and opened their doors to all budgets and tastes. 

One standout campaign they launched was “Size Doesn’t Matter. She Does,” conveying their commitment to serving everyone. The store’s excellent service and client-focused approach gained numerous five-star reviews. 

John also discusses “Blingfest,” a fun and engaging event that helped them connect with a broader audience through social media. He advises jewelry store owners to find a marketing partner who understands their vision and gives campaigns time to mature.
