Unique Designs Inc. acquires China Pearl

(SECAUCUS, N.J.) – Unique Designs Inc., a jewelry design and manufacturing company, has announced its latest acquisition of the assets and business of the California-based China Pearl.

Established in 1983 by President and CEO Harold Jabarian, China Pearl has earned a reputation as a purveyor of premium pearls. With an extensive inventory catering to a diverse clientele, China Pearl’s customer base spans from department stores and chain stores to independent retailers.

In addition to its core business, China Pearl also produces pearl jewelry under several brand labels, offering clients private label goods and related services, including customized boxes and packaging.

China Pearl’s diverse product line features Chinese Freshwater Pearls, Japanese Akoya Cultured Pearls, White and Golden South Sea Pearls from Australia and South East Asia, and Tahitian Black Pearls from French Polynesia.
