Ethical Gem Suppliers launch first-ever Ethical Gem Fair California

(OAKLAND, Calif.) – The Ethical Gem Suppliers Collective is excited to announce its inaugural Ethical Gem Fair California, taking place on Saturday and Sunday, September 21-22, 2024. This event will be hosted by Altana Fine Jewelry in Oakland, California, and will be open exclusively to trade professionals with free registration.

Attendees will have the opportunity to explore a curated selection of responsibly sourced gemstones from a number of brands within the Collective, including Agere Treasures, Capricorn Gems, Columbia Gem House, Nature’s Geometry, and Perpetuum Jewels. The fair will be held from 10am to 6pm daily, providing ample time to engage with each supplier and discover a diverse range of dazzling gems.

In addition to the Ethical Gem Fair, the event will feature a special WJA NorCal Chat and Chill social event on Saturday, September 21, from 5-7pm. This gathering will offer networking opportunities and further insights into the ethical practices upheld by the Collective’s members, paired with light refreshments.

Registration for the WJA NorCal Chat and Chill event is open to both WJA members and non-members. However, registering for this social gathering does not automatically grant access to the Ethical Gem Fair. To purchase gemstones at the Fair, separate registration is required, along with trade credentials. Attendees will receive an appropriate name tag based on their registration upon entry.
