Fahmida Smith (Panelist): Smith leads PlatAfrica, a flagship jewelry design program in South Africa. She is a chemical engineer by profession and has been in the platinum group metal mining industry for over 25 years. Smith also leads Valterra’s market development work on battery development, as well as all local activities on the hydrogen economy development.
