Two new podcasts have been added to the learning library. The new podcasts focus on two sectors that have profound impact on a retailer’s business – how to deal with the changing gold market by understanding customer perception and trends, and leveraging the many gifting opportunities for jewelry beyond the bridal customer. These podcasts are delivered by experts in the industry.

He speaks about consumer perception and trends in gold product and provides retailers with ideas on buying smarter.
