(SINGAPORE) – Initiated and organized by the International Diamond Manufacturers Association, the 41st World Diamond Congress will feature a panel discussion entitled FROM DEFENSE TO OFFENSE: Winning the Consumer Conversation in the Last 18 Inches, with John Pollard, Senior Director of Education, the International Gemmological Institute; Jacques Voorhees, Innovator in AI Tools for E-Commerce; Author and Adventurer, Founder of Icecap.AI and Polygon.net; and Elizabeth West, Senior Technical Educator, De Beers Group.
The panel will be held on July 14, from 5:10 pm to 6:00 pm.
